Nuffield Health

Updated: Dec 11, 2020

Despite having to close, Nuffield Health continued to support the public with fitness and wellbeing during the lockdown.

Nuffield Health My Wellbeing app offered a range of content, from YouTube fitness classes to guides on managing mental wellbeing, to help the public keep up their fitness from their homes.

Kids' wellbeing hub was also designed to assist families, including a free downloadable wellbeing journal for families to use to track their children's overall wellbeing.

The healthcare charity launched online health and wellbeing services for physiotherapy and emotional wellbeing, as well as GP services for their corporate customers.

The NHS trusts across England and Wales were given access to all the Nuffield Health hospitals, including 14 nurseries being made available for free for children of NHS and other key workers.
