Passionate about fitness and journalism, I was inspired to combine the two together to create Fitness Class Honours.
Providing numerous new exercises and routine ideas to keep you motivated, alongside offering the chance to engage with articles, videos and podcasts to help you discover more about fitness, I want others to be able to get the same enjoyment from exercise as I do.

Due to these unusual and unprecedented times, Fitness Class Honours focuses on alternative methods to stay fit outside the gym.
